Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that there may be times an items needs to be returned/ exchange. No worries! We have a 5-days return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.The store credit amount will be your total minus the Shipping cost within 4 days after items have been inspected. Exchange can be made up to 5 days from delivery date.

You can return your item ( through our Return Portal! The return shipping fees is the responsibility of the Customer. We do not provide return Shipping labels.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, or unused, with tags, and in is original packaging. If item is not returned in new condition with all tags attached.Your credit will not be issued.You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.



  •   Items  must be returned unworn, unwashed, no damage, unused and with tags attached 

  •   No visible makeup or deodorant must be on  items.              



 The following items are excluded and cannot be returned:              


  • Free gift or promotion items 
  • Items marked FINAL SALES       
  • Discounted sale, and/ or clearance items 
  • Sunglasses 
  • Bodysuit 
  • Swimwear / Cover up
  • Lingerie 
  • Visible worn items 
  • Select White items 
  • Items outside of policy window 




 To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is   accepted, we’ll send you an instructions on how and where to send your   package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be   accepted.



 Please ensure that your address is correct when you place your order.  In   the event that your order is returned  to us as undelivered day will be a 10%   restocking fee deducted From your refund.  Please note that shipping  cost   are NOT refundable.




 Damages and issues
 Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item   is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate   the issue and make it right.




We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
